Company Terms: During first 3 months of training period, no remuneration/stipend will be provided to candidates. After 3 months, a stipend of 3000-4000 will be provided and actual amount of stipend will depend on performance of candidate.
3. After successful completion of training, initial starting salary will be 8000-10000 based on performance of candidate. Then salary will be revised after every six months as per company rules and this appraisal/increment will be 20%-50% based on performance.
